DOT date code on tires is the middle of 2023 and one is marked the fourth month of 2021. Not many miles on these tires. There is an oil leak. You can smell it in the car. This will either need to be addressed or just keep a SHARP eye on the oil level. AC is blowing cool but not cold. Needs a recharge of 134a Freon. Tends to idle and then surge to about 2000 RPM.
