HOW DID YOU GET STARTED SELLING HEARSES?
I have always enjoyed cars! (I had miles of Hot Wheels track running through our living room!) It was only natural I would one day put that passion into practice. I did not want to sell “normal” cars, so it slowly evolved into what could now be considered an addiction! I purchased my first professional vehicle in 2012, a 1986 Cadillac flower car. Since then, I’ve had innumerable cars, but have refined my purchasing to professional funeral cars only.
WHERE DO WE SOURCE OUR CARS FROM?
We continually scour the internet from coast to coast. We have sourced vehicles from Oregon, California, Texas , New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, North and South Carolina, Missouri, Illinois, North and South Dakota just to name a few. Similarly, we ship worldwide!
WHO PURCHASES YOUR VEHICLES?
We sell to a very wide variety of clients. Occasionally, a funeral home purchases a classic or vintage hearse, but mostly we sell to individuals who like the uniqueness of a hearse, bands to carry their musical equipment, a masseuse to carry her massage table, and a variety of other needs/wants. Owning and driving a hearse is all about individual expression.
WHAT EVENTS DO YOU REGULARLY ATTEND?
We can be found at HearseFest, always the third Saturday in September at the Fowlerville family fairgrounds in Fowlerville, Michigan; Halfway to Halloween in May in Ann Arbor, Michigan; and Hearse Mania, typically held in June.
